Dianthovirus Group Test

This test reacts with a variety of viruses in the Dianthovirus genus. The list below represents Dianthoviruses that have been experimentally detected with our Dianthovirus Group PCR and confirmed by sequencing.

CONFIRMED DETECTION

• Carnation ringspot virus (CRSV)
• Red clover necrotic mosaic virus (RCNMV)
• Sweet clover necrotic mosaic virus (SCNMV)

The list below represents Dianthoviruses that have not been experimentally detected, but based on in silico analysis, will likely be detected with our Dianthovirus Group PCR. If you have a sample of one of these pathogens, please contact testing@agdia.com.
