Your Samples, Your Results.

It is Agdia’s policy that our customers own their results. All communications, including test reports, are confidential between Agdia and the customer unless the customer has specifically released the information to other parties via written consent.  This release can be expressed on the sample submission form, a faxed request on company letter head or via email from the company address.

Agdia will on occasion review trends in pathogen incidence and test performance using assay data. This data is not traceable to sample origin and all unique identifications have been removed. Agdia is legally required to report positive findings of certain regulated pathogens to the USDA. Should a customer submit samples for a reportable pathogen, Agdia will notify the customer both in advance of performing the test and prior to contacting the regulatory authority of positive findings. Contact testing@agdia.com for more information on confidentiality and our quality management system.
